Stand mixer videos

Thought these video would be useful for when I get my stand mixer. I'm so excited about all of the things I'm going to make. I really cannot wait!

A recipe for Tiramisu brownies

To make the batter
12 oz of chocolate chips
1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
1 cup of sugar
4 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1 cup cake flour

For the topping
8 oz of mascarpone cheese at room temperature
8 oz of cream cheese at room remperature
1/4 cup of sugar
4 egg whites
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
1 pack of soft lady fingers
1 cup of italian roast coffee, brewed

First melt the chocolate in a large bowl. Stir it until it is smooth and then leave it to cool down. Heat your oven to 350 F. Line your baking pan with parchment paper. Add chocolate to a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment. Beat together the butter, sugar, and all the eggs and egg whites. Once mixed add in the flower and mix at low speed until all of the ingredients are combined.

Set aside one cup of he batter and pour the rest into the baking pan. Arrange the lady fingers upside down on top of the batter and push them down slightly. With a pastry brush, brush the coffee on the lady fingers until they are saturated.

In a seperate bowl combine the mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, 1/4 cup of sugar, egg whites and vanilla extract. Spread this over the lady fingers as well. Place a bit of the brownie batter that was set aside on top and swirl together to create a marble effect.

Put the brownies in the oven and back for up to 50 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before you slice and enjoy.

This recipe sounds great and it'll be perfect if I get the breville stand mixer I've been considering.
